Clark County Fair Exhibitor Information

Have you ever thought about entering your favorite garden flowers or prize vegetables in the fair but not sure how to do it? We can't guarantee you a blue ribbon, but we can help you find the information needed to get started.

This year's Clark County Fair begins August 3. There's still plenty of time to get your entries in. There is no entry fee and all amateurs are welcome. If you're an old pro at entering exhibits in the fair, then you'll be happy to know that not much has changed. For those of you who are new at entering, the first thing you'll want to do is check out the website that will help you the most, http://www.clarkcofair.com/exhibitor-info.htm. This website is extremely helpful in guiding you to the basic steps of entering an exhibit.

From this page you can click on the Clark County Fair General Rules. This will give you basic information, like fair hours, admission prices, exhibitor passes, parking, and general rules and regulations.

Make sure you check out A Quick Guide for First Time Exhibitors. This will answer a lot of your questions.

From here click on Open Class Exhibitor Guide. For floriculture or vegetables and fruits, just click on the appropriate link. Pay special attention to the helpful hints and grooming guide. Entries will be judged according to those guidelines with no exception. There is no entry fee and you can even print your entry forms from this website. For more information, call the fair administration office at 360-397-6180.

Good luck and see you at the fair!
